“Shelley, first of all, thank you! I am so happy to have finally found a stylist after moving to Michigan and playing Goldilocks to get my blonde just right. After several failed stylists, just one appointment with Shelley and I am sold! Upon my arrival, Shelley (and her sweet Great Dane) greeted me outside as if we were old friends. Shelley took the time to sit and chat, get to know me, what I like, what I don’t like, and make it clear I would leave happy - if for any reason I wasn’t, she would make it right. There was no question I left with the perfect color and new attitude to take on the rest of the day. Shelley is so sweet, extremely responsive, fairly priced, efficient, has a clean/welcoming salon, and is one of the most bubbly, positive people I have met. I’m so glad to have met Shelley and can’t thank her enough for the compliments I countine to receive (over a month post appointment)! I can’t wait to come “hang” again!”
